PLACING YOUR ORDER - THE PROCESS AND SHIPPING

YOUR ORDER

From the moment you place an order I will get your order ready for shipment within 4-8 days.

Once your order is ready to go, you will receive a confirmation of shipment by email.

SHIPMENT COSTS

FREE shipping of above €40,-

belove €40,- the shipping cost are €5,-

I will not be held accountable for any damage and loss during shipment. Yet, it is in my best interest to pack every order very carefully.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to custom.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and exchanges of all unused pieces are accepted within 14 days of delivery of your order. Refunds are made when I have received the order back in good condition. You will fund the cost of the return shipment. Your return/exchange will be processed as soon as possible, but for foreign bank accounts refunds will take a few days to process.

All sales are final after 14 days of delivery.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are possible within 14 days after receiving your order. Please contact me within this time to arrange an exchange. Once I have received the product back I will be able to send you the new item. You will charged an extra fee for the cost of shipment of the new items, and you will also fund the return shipment.

CANCALLATION

In case of cancellation please contact me within 24 hours. From the moment an order is placed I will begin the process of getting your order ready. Therefore it is important that you let me know at your earliest convenience of any changes or cancellations.

If the 24 hours have passed and your order has been shipped, I will not refund the cost of shipment. If you choose to return the items upon arrival, you will be responsible for paying the return shipment. When I receive your return, it will be possible to refund the money of the purchase.
